Calibration Capabilities

The module provides access to specific map sets depending on the ECU generation:

Kefico CPEGD3.20.1 (Turbo & NA)

• Air & Boost Control: Target air charge, pulsation correction for MAF, turbo compressor efficiency, and pressure ratio over turbine.

• Torque Model: Requested torque by pedal position (including inverse map), optimal indicated air torque, and drag loss torque.

• Spark & Knock: Spark advance base and corrections, minimum spark advance, knock sensitivity, and detonation regulation window.

• Target Lambda: Minimal target lambda, full load enrichment (standard and split mode), and component protection.

• Other: Idle speed, exhaust camshaft position (VVT), and DTC table.

Kefico CPEGP3.20.2 (NA)

• Air & Flow: Target air charge and airmass flow through the throttle valve.

• Torque & Function: Optimum engine torque and ignition angle in function monitoring.

• Temperature Corrections: Static exhaust gas temperature in manifold and weighting factors for combustion based on coolant/intake temperatures.

• Ignition: Spark advance retardation steps and delta ignition angle base.

Technical Specifications

• Supported SW: The module supports an extensive list of software versions, including series such as HDN80, TDLA1, MBDCK, and TCN-2NU.

• Urgent Requests: Due to high technical demand, urgent requests are not available for this specific module.

• Hardware Requirement: This module requires a BitSoftware Senselock USB protection key to function.

• Note: BitEdit is a calibration editor; for reading and writing (flashing) these ECUs, a tool like BitBox is typically required.
