Calibration Capabilities

This module provides access to a comprehensive suite of maps for fine-tuning engine performance and behavior:

Torque & Airflow Management

• Torque Model: Includes maps for optimal and maximal indicated torque (normal and sport modes), drag loss torque, and efficiencies for ignition and lambda.

• Torque Request: Manages requested torque across all gears/modes and inverse pedal position maps.

• Air Charge Control: Features target air filling and Mass Air Flow (MAF) pulsation correction.

Ignition, Knock, & VVT

• Spark Advance: Access to base, optimal, and minimal spark advance, plus knock correction angle maps and overboost protection delta.

• Knock Control: Controls for knock sensitivity, detonation regulation/measurement windows, and retardation steps.

• Variable Valve Timing (VVT): Intake camshaft position maps for base, warm engine, and catalyst heating phases.

Injection & Operational Limits

• Injector Control: Defines the start of the 1st injection for engine start-up, warm mode, and standard operation.

• Limiters: Engine speed (RPM) limitation governed by coolant, oil, and intake air temperatures.

• Warm Up: Combustion correction factors based on temperature and throttle temperature correction factors.

Exhaust & Diagnostics

• Exhaust Gas: Static exhaust temperature maps and ignition angle corrections based on EGT.

• DTC Mask Editor: Allows for the management of Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
