Supported ECU Families & Hardware

The module is organized by Family IDs (FID) based on the specific hardware architecture and communication protocol:

Denso Series

• Denso SH72546 (FID: 42):

  • MCU: Renesas SH72546 with 3.75 MB internal memory.

  • Features: Supports virtual reading and writing of the FullFlash via CAN-bus.

  • Reliability: Provides Checksum (CHK) calculation and allows recovery from any state.

  • Vehicles: 2.5 CRDI Euro6 models including Grand Starex (H-1), H350, Porter (H100), and Kia Bongo/K2500.

Delphi DCM6.2AP Series

• DCM6.2AP OBD (FID: 41):

  • MCU: NXP SPC5674 with 4 MB internal memory.

  • Operation: Allows FullFlash reading and calibration area writing via CAN-bus with CHK calculation.

  • Vehicles: Hyundai i20 (GB) and Kia Rio (UB) 1.1 CRDI Euro6.

• DCM6.2AP BSL (FID: 343):

  • Mode: Boot Strap Loader (BSL) mode for deep access.

  • Recovery: Specifically designed to recover ECUs damaged during OBD operations.

  • Note: Requires a FullFlash readout (OBD read from FID 41 is compatible).

Delphi DCM3.x Series

• DCM3.7AP (FID: 39):

  • MCU: Renesas SH72513 with 2 MB internal memory.

  • Operation: FullFlash reading and calibration writing via CAN-bus.

  • Vehicles: Wide support for 1.1, 1.4, and 2.5 CRDi Euro4/5 engines in models like the i20, i30, iX20, Cee'd, Rio, Venga, and Bongo.

• DCM3.2AP (FID: 37):

  • Hardware: Motorola MPC563 MCU + AM29BDD160GB external flash (2.5 MB total area).

  • Operation: Supports FullFlash reading and writing via CAN-bus.

  • Vehicles: 2.9 CRDI Euro4 Kia Bongo, Carnival, and Sedona.
