Turbo & Airflow Management

• Surge Protection: Advanced surge line definition for LV_SURGE detection and hysteresis values for idle surge definition.

• Boost Control: Map for boost pressure actuator setpoints, open-loop wastegate control signals, and pressure ratios for the EPC wastegate actuator.

• Air Calculation: Air mass flow through the throttle body and target air mass flow in additional modes.

• Turbo Efficiency: Standardized turbocharger speed and air temperature increase factors through the compressor.

Ignition, Fuel & VVT

• Variable Valve Timing: Exhaust camshaft position setpoints and intake camshaft positions for additional modes.

• Ignition: Basic ignition angle, reference ignition angle, and corrections based on intake air temperature (IAT).

• Target Lambda: Lambda full load enrichment and specific lambda values for component protection.

• Fuel Pressure: Setpoints for high-pressure fuel systems in additional modes.

Torque & Exhaust Modeling

• Torque Model: Indicated engine torque at reference conditions, pumping/frictional losses, and temperature-based friction corrections.

• EGT Model: Basic engine-out exhaust gas temperature for reference conditions and specific modeling for full cylinder shut-off scenarios.

Technical Specifics

• Limiters: Access to maximum vehicle speed limiters (both higher and lower thresholds).

• DTC Editing: Includes the ability to view and modify Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

• Hardware Requirement: Functions only with the BitSoftware Senselock USB protection key.

• Processing: Due to the complexity of the SIM2K-26x logic, urgent requests are not supported.
