Airflow and Turbo Management

• Air Calculation: Includes maps for the correction of measured MAF, maximal airmass flow, and target mass air flow derived from torque.

• Boost Control: Features calculated charger speed, maximal/minimal boost pressure, pressure ratio, and wastegate duty cycle/pressure controls.

• Throttle Valve Control: Manages airmass flow through the throttle body and sets maximal/reduced throttle areas for both A/T and M/T configurations.

Ignition and Fueling

• Spark Advance: Access to base, maximal, minimal, and start-up spark advance, as well as retardation maps for torque correction and angle efficiency.

• Target Lambda: Controls for base lambda, full load enrichment, and lambda behavior during throttle opening.

• Rail Pressure: Setpoints for target rail pressure during normal operation, engine start, and catalyst heating phases.

• Injector Control: Includes dynamic maps for injection timing.

Engine Logic and Limits

• Torque Model: Manages requested torque, indicated torque, and specific factors for torque limitation or full load mode thresholds.

• VVT (Variable Valve Timing): Independent setpoints for both intake and exhaust camshaft positions.

• Idle Speed: Nominal idle speed settings for automatic and manual transmissions, with or without A/C load.

• Limiters: Adjustments for engine speed (RPM) and vehicle speed (where available in the software).

Technical Specifics

• Diagnostics: Includes a DTC editor for managing diagnostic trouble codes.

• Supported Software: The module covers an extensive list of SW IDs, including the AM24, BDC4, JF94, LF84, MD2S, and YD5S series.

• Hardware Requirement: Requires a BitSoftware Senselock USB dongle for license activation and operation.
