Air, Boost & Exhaust

• Air Charge Control: Includes mass air flow pulsation correction and target air filling.

• Boost Control: Manages turbine and compressor part efficiency, as well as warm-up isobar processes.

• Exhaust Gas: Features ignition angle correction by EGT and static exhaust gas temperature maps.

Ignition & Knock Control

• Spark Advance: Access to base and optimal spark advance, delta ignition base, minimal spark advance, and delta ignition for overboost protection.

• Knock Control: Defines knock sensitivity, detonation regulation/measurement windows, and spark advance retardation steps.

Fuel & Rail Pressure

• Injector Control: Controls the start of the first injection during standard operation, start-up, and warm mode.

• Rail Pressure: Sets target rail pressure at part and full loads, along with rail pressure limiters and maximal values.

Torque & Performance

• Torque Model: Includes drag loss torque, optimal and maximal indicated torque (Normal/Sport modes), and ignition/lambda efficiencies.

• Torque Request: Manages requested torque across all gears/modes and inverse pedal position maps.

• VVT: Controls intake camshaft positions for base operation, warm engine, and catalyst heating.

System Limits & Corrections

• Limiters: Engine speed (RPM) limitation based on coolant, oil, and intake temperatures.

• Throttle Valve Control: Manages airmass flow through the throttle and throttle position relative to pedal input.

• Warm Up: Combustion corrections and temperature factors for the throttle during warm-up.

• DTC Mask Editor: Allows for the management of Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
