The module is divided into specific Families (FIDs) based on the ECU hardware and MCU architecture:

• FID 448: CPEGD3.20.1 / CPEGP3.20.1

  • CPEGD3.20.1: Utilizes the Infineon Aurix TC277TP MCU.

  • CPEGP3.20.1: Utilizes the Infineon Aurix TC275TP MCU.

  • Memory: Both variants feature 4MB of internal flash memory.

• FID 450: CPEGP3.20.2 / CPGPSH3.24.1

  • MCU: Based on the Infineon Aurix TC275TP.

  • Memory: Features 4MB of internal flash memory.

• FID 452: CPGPSH3.26.1 / CPGDSH3.26.2

  • MCU: Based on the Infineon Aurix TC275TP.

  • Memory: Features 4MB of internal flash memory.

Technical Functionality

• Communication: All reading and writing operations are performed via the CAN-bus.

• Scope: The module specifically targets the calibration area of the flash memory.

• Safety: Includes built-in checksum correction to ensure data integrity before writing to the ECU.

Note: This is a BitBox module, which is used for the transfer of data (reading/writing). For editing the actual calibration maps, you would typically use the corresponding BitEdit module.
