The BitEdit Marelli 8Gx Petrol Turbo software module is a professional calibration editor designed for turbocharged 1.4 T-Jet engines in Dodge, Jeep, Fiat, and Abarth vehicles equipped with the Continental Magneti Marelli 8Gx engine control unit (ECU).
The module provides a comprehensive set of maps suitable for various tuning stages:
Torque & Power Management: Power and torque limitation maps, relative power request, and power tables for different operation modes.
Airflow & Boost Control: Target manifold pressure, manifold pressure recovery maps, manifold pressure limitation, and compressor pressure ratio for overspeed protection.
Throttle & Wastegate: Wastegate operation maps, throttle pressure reduction maps for boost limitation, and throttle valve position calculation maps.
Injection & Fueling: Target lambda for hot and cold engines, target lambda at WOT (Wide Open Throttle), phase of injection, and idle speed (XX) control.
