The BitEdit Marelli 8Gx Petrol Turbo is a professional software module designed for editing the engine calibrations of vehicles equipped with the Continental Magneti Marelli 8Gx ECU. This module specifically targets the 1.4 T-Jet turbocharged petrol engines used across several FCA brands.

Extensive Calibration Map Categories

This module unlocks a comprehensive set of parameters, allowing for high-level performance optimization and safety adjustments:

• Turbo & Boost Management: Includes target manifold pressure, manifold pressure recovery, manifold pressure limitation, and compressor pressure ratio for overspeed protection. It also features throttle pressure reduction maps for boost limitation and wastegate operation.

• Power & Torque: Adjustable power and torque limitation maps, relative power requests, and specific power tables for different operation modes.

• Ignition (Spark Advance): Control over base spark advance, spark advance for maximal torque (with corrections), and minimal spark advance limits.

• Fuel & Injection: Target lambda for both hot and cold engine states, target lambda at Wide Open Throttle (WOT), and injection phase timing.

• Airflow & Throttle: Calculation maps for throttle valve position and idle speed control.

• Safety & Limits: Engine speed (RPM) limitation and a built-in DTC mask for managing diagnostic trouble codes.

• BitSoftware USB Security Dongle: A mandatory Senselock USB hardware key is required to host the activated software license.
