Available Calibration Maps by ECU Type

The set of maps available for editing varies based on the specific ECU architecture and memory size.

1. Keihin R8C/H8C (32KB–128KB)

• Performance: Spark advance (base, idle, limp mode) and engine speed limitation (by request).

• Fueling: Injection time (closed/open loop), lambda switching, and warm-up factors.

• Idle: Desired idle speed and regulator parameters.

• Note: DTC Table is NOT supported for this type.

2. Keihin M32R (256KB)

Maps are divided into two operating modes: Normal and Sport.

• Control: Throttle valve (flaps) opening/closing speed and steering damper control.

• Ignition: Spark advance at full load, idle, and neutral/clutch positions.

• Limiters: Vehicle speed limitation (if found) and engine speed limitation.

• Flags: O2 sensor/heater enable and immobilizer flags (added by request).

• Note: DTC Table is NOT supported.

3. Keihin SH7058 (1MB)

• Drive-by-Wire: Desired throttle position in Normal, Sport, and Sport+ modes.

• Timing: Spark advance base by gear, idle, and limp mode.

• Note: DTC Table IS present for this type.

4. Keihin SPC (256KB/512KB)

• Fueling: Injection time maps with mode switching based on throttle position.

• Timing: Gear switches to select specific spark advance maps.

• Note: DTC Table IS present; flags are currently in development.

5. Keihin RH850 (1MB/2MB)

• Injection: Secondary injection time based on intake pressure and throttle position.

• Multi-Cylinder Tuning: Spark advance for additional cylinders.

• Note: DTC Table is NOT supported.

6. Shindengen V850/RH850

• Start & Idle: Injection time at idle and start of injection (Cold/Warm).

• Refinement: Target Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR) and steering damper settings.

• Ignition: Main spark advance and full-load entry spark advance.

• Axis Conversion: All types generally include curves for engine load, RPM, and throttle position.

• Restrictions: Urgent requests are not permitted for this module.
