Available Calibration Maps

The software allows for the modification of several key engine systems:

Air and Boost Control

• Airflow: Desired airmass flow and airmass flow specifically for EGR control.

• Turbocharging: Target boost pressure, boost pressure limitation maps, and VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbine) control maps for precise regulation.

• EGR: Multiple EGR activation modes.

Injection and Fueling

• Injection Timing: Start of main injection maps.

• Fuel Pressure: Target rail pressure and rail pressure limitation maps.

• Calculation: Injection volume calculation based on engine torque.

• Smoke Limitation: Target lambda values to control smoke output.

Torque and Performance Management

• Driver Demand: Nominal requested torque based on pedal position, including specific settings for all gears and launch control.

• Torque Limits:

  • Base torque for full load and maximum allowed torque.

  • Torque limiters for manual transmissions and limitations based on engine speed.

  • Conditional torque limitations related to vehicle speed, environment pressure, and overheating protection.

  • Error case torque limitation for failsafe scenarios.
