1. Bench ECU Connection: Connect the ECU to the GT100 Plus using the colored jumper cables (following the ECU's pinout). Power the unit with the included 12V adapter. Observe the current display; if it fluctuates normally, the ECU is alive and ready for programming.

2. Vehicle Communication Check: Plug the GT100 Plus into the car's OBDII port. If the LEDs for Pin 6 (CAN-H) and Pin 14 (CAN-L) flash, the vehicle's network is active. If the voltage is below 11V, an alarm will sound, warning you to charge the battery before programming.

3. Using 12V Tools on 24V Trucks: Plug the GT100 Plus into the 24V truck port. Press the voltage conversion switch to output a safe 12V signal. You can now plug in your 12V Bluetooth scanner (like Thinkdiag or Launch X431) without burning the device.
