Supported Engine Families

This module covers the most fuel-efficient engines in the Toyota lineup, including hybrid and non-hybrid variants:

• 1KR-FE: 1.0L 3-cylinder (Aygo, Yaris, Vitz).

• 1NR-FE / 3NR-FE: 1.2L and 1.3L engines.

• 1NZ-FE / 2NZ-FE / 1NZ-FXE: The legendary 1.3L and 1.5L engines (Vios, Yaris, Prius Gen 2).

• 1ZR-FE / 2ZR-FE / 2ZR-FXE: The 1.6L and 1.8L powerplants (Corolla, Auris, Prius Gen 3/4, C-HR).

Extensive Calibration Capabilities

This module provides deeper access to "cold-start" and "warm-up" logic compared to the Petrol 2 module, which is critical for smaller engines operating in various climates.

Fueling & Airflow

• MAF Pulsation Map: Essential for tuning engines where intake resonance affects the air signal.

• Injector Control: Adjust the Injector Flow Constant (useful when upgrading to larger injectors) and Injector Dead Time (latency).

• Closed Loop Control: Adjust coolant temp thresholds and delay timers for precise fuel trim management.

Ignition & Knock Strategy

• Multi-Octane Maps: Separate tables for High and Low octane allow the engine to adapt safely to different fuel grades.

• Startup & Warm-up: Unique maps for Startup Time, Startup Engine Speed Adder, and warm-up corrections for specific gear positions (P/N vs. Drive/Reverse).

Exhaust Temperature Model

• Calculated EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature): The module offers five different calculated temperature models. Tuning these is vital for protecting the catalytic converter and internal components during sustained high-load driving.

• EGT Offsets: Adjust how much spark timing is retarded based on exhaust heat or vehicle speed.

Advanced Camshaft (VVT) Control

• Comprehensive maps for both Intake and Exhaust camshaft positioning across all load ranges (Low, High, and Full load), allowing for a broader power band and better fuel efficiency.
