Calibration Map Categories

This module provides deep access to the ECU's logic for comprehensive diesel tuning:

• Turbo & VNT Control: Edit base VNT positions, maximum VNT (with active/inactive EGR), and various boost pressure maps. Includes corrections for air temperature, atmospheric pressure, and coolant temperature.

• Injection Management: Detailed control over Pilot Injections (0th through 3rd), main injection volume, nozzle performance, and the Initial Injection Phase.

• Fuel System: Adjust Rail Pressure, fuel pressure at start-up, and specific pressure settings for regeneration modes.

• Torque & Airflow: Modify requested torque, inversion torque, and air flow correction factors.

• Torque Loss: Compensate for losses from the fuel pump (by pressure/volume), coolant temperature, and base mechanical losses.

• Emission Control (EGR/SCR): Configure EGR base positions, operation thresholds, and SCR/Exhaust temperature sensor scaling.

• Limiters & Sensors: Adjust engine and vehicle speed limiters, plus scaling for coolant and intake air temperature sensors.

• DTC Editor: Includes a diagnostic trouble code mask to disable specific errors.
