Available Maps for Calibration

The module provides a wide array of maps for comprehensive engine tuning:

• Air & Boost Control: Includes air flow correction, desired air calculation, and extensive boost pressure parameters (base boost, corrections for temperature/pressure, and emergency mode limitations).

• Injection Management: Covers fuel pressure (start-up and regeneration), injection phases (initial, end, and pilot), and volume limitations based on air flow and atmospheric pressure.

• EGR & VNT: Detailed control over EGR position thresholds and VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbine) base positions and duty cycle gains.

• Torque & Speed: Management of requested torque, torque loss (due to coolant temperature or fuel pump load), and engine/vehicle speed limitations.

• Sensors: Scaling for coolant, intake air, exhaust, and SCR temperature sensors.

Critical Usage Notes

DTC Warning: This module does not support DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) masking. Attempting to incorrectly modify DTCs can lead to ECU failure (killing the unit).

Request Policy: Urgent requests are not permitted for this specific module.
