Technical Hardware Support

This module is designed for files from two specific Microcontroller Units (MCUs):

• MCU D76F0196F1: 1536Kb file size.

• MCU D76F0219F1: 2048Kb file size.

Supported Vehicles & Engines:

• Models: Toyota HiLUX (2.4TD and 2.8TD) and Toyota Land Cruiser 150 (2.8TD).

• Engines: 2.4 TD (2GD-FTV) and 2.8 TD (1GD-FTV).

Editable Map Categories

The module provides a comprehensive suite of maps to fine-tune engine performance and emissions:

1. Boost and VNT Control

• Desired Values: Set the target Boost Pressure and the Absolute Maximal allowed boost pressure.

• VNT Control: Edit the Boost Pressure Actuator Duty Cycle and the base map for the VNT actuator.

• Safety: Includes a dedicated Boost Limiter.

2. Injection and Fueling

• Timing: Modify Start of Main Injection and Start of Pilot Injection (additional modes).

• Duration: Adjust Main and Pilot injection times.

• Rail Pressure: Manage target rail pressure (including regeneration mode), rail pressure limiters, and correction values.

3. Torque and Driver Request

• Torque Model: Direct access to Requested Torque and Accelerator Pedal maps.

• Volume Multipliers: Define injection volume based on requested torque and engine speed.

• Limitations: Set Maximum Torque and injection volume limits for system errors.

4. Airflow and Sensors

• EGR: Control target EGR valve positions and corrections.

• Airmass: Edit desired airmass in additional modes and airmass flow corrections.

• Scaling: Adjust conversion curves for Intake Air, Boost Air, and Coolant Temperature sensors.

Important Features

• DTC Mask: Unlike the "Diesel 6" module, this module does support a DTC mask, allowing for the management of diagnostic trouble codes.

• Speed Limiter: Includes the ability to modify the vehicle speed limitation.
