Core Capabilities

The module supports the following functions:

• Identification: Retrieve software version and hardware details.

• Real Reading on the BENCH: Full backup of the ECU software.

• Virtual Reading: Obtain the original file from the BitBox server based on the software ID.

• Writing on the BENCH: Update or modify software with integrated checksum (CS) correction.

Supported ECU Families and FIDs

The module covers several hardware generations and specific engine types:

Vehicle and Engine Support (FID 444)

FID 444 features automatic type detection for 7 compiled ECU types used in high-performance and modern Toyota/Lexus models:

• 3.5L Turbo (V35A-FTS): Found in Toyota LC300, Tundra, and Lexus LX600.

• 3.5L Turbo Hybrid (V35A-FTS): Toyota Tundra and Sequoia Hybrid models.

• 3.5L Turbo (Lexus LS500): Two specific ECU types for the LS500.

• 2.4L Turbo (T24A-FTS): Covers all known Toyota and Lexus models with this engine.

• 2.0L Petrol (M20C-FKS/M20A-FKS): Found in Toyota Wildlander and similar models.

Hybrid and Diesel Expansion (R7F701216)

Later updates extended support to other major platforms:

• Hybrids: 1.5L (M15AFXS), 1.8L (2ZRFXE), 2.0L (M20AFXS), and 2.5L (A25AFXS) used in the Prius, Corolla, Camry, and Lexus LBX.

• Diesel: 2.8TD (1GDFTV) in the Toyota Land Cruiser 250 and 3.3TD (F33AFTV) in the LC300.

• Specialty Models: 1.6T (G16EGTS) for the 2025+ GR Yaris.

Requirements: This module requires a BitSoftware Senselock USB dongle for activation and a compatible J2534 Pass-thru adapter (such as Scanmatik 2 Pro) for communication.
