Calibration Capabilities

The module allows for deep refinement of the truck's power delivery and efficiency through several map categories:

Primary Performance Maps

• Rail Pressure: Direct control over the high-pressure fuel system.

• Target Fuel Quantity: Adjust the baseline amount of fuel injected per cycle.

• Boost Pressure: Manage turbocharger output for better low-end torque.

• Requested Torque: Calibrate the relationship between accelerator input and engine load.

Advanced Logic and Protection

• Torque Limitation: Essential for protecting the transmission and drivetrain under heavy loads.

• Output Circuit Control: Edit the behavior of the injection quantity regulator and the rail pressure regulator.

• Correction Maps: Fine-tune main parameters based on environmental or engine feedback sensors to ensure efficient tuning across all operating conditions.
