Available Calibration Maps

The module provides access to several critical control systems:

Boost and Turbo Control

• Target Boost: Base target, atmospheric pressure correction, and compensations for Coolant Temperature and Intake Air Temperature.

• Turbo Dynamics: Turbo target position (Base, Max/Min limits) and target turbo boost.

• DPF Mode: Specific target boost maps for DPF regeneration cycles.

Injection and Rail Pressure

• Injection Volume: Volume limiters (Default and Overheat) and injector opening time (duration).

• Rail Pressure: Target rail pressure with corrections for atmospheric pressure and coolant temperature; includes maximum and minimum limits.

• Start of Injection (SOI): Base SOI and compensations for fuel amount (FA), coolant temperature, and intake air temperature.

EGR and Airflow (MAF)

• EGR Control: Cut-off thresholds (including Hi lookup), target position lookup, and ITH (Intake Throttle) integration base position.

• Target MAF: Desired airmass without EGR, target MAF per cylinder with atmospheric and temperature compensations.

Torque and Diagnostics

• Torque Conversion: Conversion maps from torque to injection volume.

• DTC: Access to Diagnostic Trouble Codes for error management.
