Supported ECU Families & FIDs

This module covers various Isuzu diesel models through specific Family Identification (FID) numbers:

• Isuzu Transtron EURO4 TC265D CAN (FID: 281): Supports identification, virtual reading, writing, and checksum correction.

• Isuzu Transtron EURO5 TC277T+TC265D CAN (FID: 284): Designed for EURO5 systems containing dual MCUs (TC277T and TC265D). Supports identification, virtual reading, writing, and checksum correction.

• Isuzu Transtron EURO5 TC275T CAN (FID: 504): Supports identification, real reading (estimated 1–2 hours), virtual reading (if available), writing, and checksum correction. It also includes an option to install "Real Read Protection".

Core Capabilities

• Identification: Reads the ECU's software version and hardware data.

• Virtual Reading: Downloads the stock binary file from the BitSoftware server based on the identified software version.

• Writing & Checksum (CS) Correction: Allows writing of modified files with automatic checksum verification and correction to ensure engine safety.

Vehicle Application Examples

This module is commonly used for vehicles utilizing the 4JJ3 engine, such as:

• Isuzu D-MAX 3.0TD 4JJ3 (EURO5)

• Mazda BT-50 3.0TD 4JJ3 (EURO5)

Critical Technical Requirement

Writing Warning: Some vehicles equipped with a gateway do not permit writing operations via the standard OBD2 diagnostic port. In these instances, a BENCH connection must be used to complete the writing process.

Additional Requirements

• Security Dongle: A BitBox USB protection dongle is required to activate and use this software module.

• Hardware Interface: A J2534 PassThru device (such as Scanmatik 2 PRO or Tactrix OpenPort 2.0) is necessary for communication with the vehicle.
