The module provides a comprehensive range of maps for precise engine tuning:

• Airmass Flow: Desired airmass and desired airmass with EGR disabled.

• Boost Control: Boost pressure limitation (including via boost air temperature), desired boost pressure, and boost pressure actuator duty cycle.

• Injection: Base dynamic injection time and injection time based on rail pressure.

• Injection Volume: Torque to injection volume conversion for various modes, general injection volume limitation, limiters for system errors, and conditional volume limitations.

• Rail Pressure: Desired rail pressure, rail pressure in error modes, and overall rail pressure limitation.

• Start of Injection: Base and corrected start of main injection.

• Torque Management: Injection volume to torque conversion, requested and maximal torque, general torque limitation, torque limitation for system errors, and an inverse pedal map (torque vs. engine speed).

• Diagnostics: Includes a DTC mask editor for managing fault codes.

Requirements

• Hardware: A physical BitSoftware USB Security Dongle is required to run the module.

• Role: This software is a calibration editor only; it does not read or write (flash) the ECU. For flashing and checksum correction, a tool like BitBox is required.
