Available Calibration Maps

The module provides access to a variety of critical engine parameters:

• Boost Control: Includes desired boost pressure, boost pressure limitation (including atmospheric pressure limits), boost pressure correction, and boost pressure actuator current.

• Injection Volume: Features torque to injection volume conversion for different modes, smoke reducing limitation, and volume limiters for system errors or power limitation.

• Torque Management: Covers injection volume to torque conversion, requested torque, maximal torque, and torque/power limitations in case of system errors.

• Rail Pressure: Adjustments for desired rail pressure, rail pressure at low load, and general rail pressure limitation.

• EGR Control: Allows for tuning of desired airmass flow and EGR valve voltage.

• Sensors Scalings: Provides calibration for exhaust temperature, boost air temperature, intake air temperature, coolant temperature, oil temperature, and Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensors.

• Start of Injection: Tuning for the base and corrected start of main injection.

• DTC Mask Editor: Included for managing diagnostic trouble codes.

This module supports an extensive list of software IDs. Major series include:

• S51 / S52 / S53 / S54 / S55 / S56 / S57 / S58 Series: (e.g., S51C-188K2-P, S553-188K2-S, S58C-188K2-C).

• SH0 / SH1 / SH3 / SH4 / SH5 / SH6 / SH7 / SH9 Series: (e.g., SH01-188K2-S, SH3P-188K2-M, SH7M-188K2-J).

• SHA / SHB / SHC / SHD / SHE / SHJ / SHK Series: (e.g., SHAG-188K2-G, SHDM-188K2-G, SHKH-188K2-B).

• SHT / SHY Series: (e.g., SHT3-188K2-H, SHY1-188K2-L, SHYM-188K2-A).

Technical Requirements

• USB Dongle: A physical BitSoftware USB security dongle is required to authorize the software.

• Functionality: This is a calibration editor only; it does not perform reading/writing (flashing) or checksum correction. For these tasks, a flasher tool like BitBox is required.
