SKU : Smoke Machine
Category : Injector Tester & Smoke Detector
The Latest FOXWELL SD203 Smoke Machine is a professional-grade automotive leak detection tool used to identify vacuum leaks, EVAP system leaks, intake system leaks, turbo system issues, and much more. It’s a dual-mode tester with a built-in air pump, making it portable, fast, and easy to use for both beginners and professional auto repair technicians.
The SD203 creates artificial smoke and pushes it through a vehicle’s pipe systems (like the EVAP, intake, or exhaust systems).
Wherever there's a leak, smoke escapes — making it easy to visually locate the problem.
Function | Description |
---|---|
EVAP Leak Detection | Find leaks in the evaporative emission control system. |
Vacuum System Leak Test | Diagnose air leaks that affect engine performance. |
Intake Manifold Leaks | Check for unmetered air entry points. |
Turbo System Leaks | Ensure all boost system hoses and pipes are sealed. |
Exhaust System Leaks | Detect harmful exhaust gas leaks. |
Crankcase Breather Leak | Useful for diagnosing PCV valve and breather leaks. |
Cooling System (with adapter) | Optional coolant system pressure test. |
Used to pressurize the system before releasing smoke.
Allows tightness testing without filling the area with smoke.
Helps technicians pre-check systems with air pressure only.
Activates the smoke generator.
Smoke enters the pipe system.
Leak points become visible where smoke escapes.
🔧 Built-in air pump – No need for external air compressor.
⚡ Quick smoke generation – Produces smoke in 30 seconds.
📈 Pressure gauge display – Monitor system pressure in real-time.
🚗 Wide vehicle coverage – Works with cars, motorcycles, vans, SUVs, trucks.
🛡️ Built-in safety features – Overheat protection, fluid level alarm.

Use the 12V battery clips to connect the machine to your car battery.
Fill the reservoir with baby oil or official smoke fluid (usually included).
Use the hose and cone adapter to connect the smoke line to the system you're testing (like the intake pipe, EVAP line, etc.).
First use Air Mode to pressurize and check pressure levels.
Then switch to Smoke Mode and observe where smoke escapes.
Watch for visible smoke escaping from any hoses, fittings, valves, or cracked parts. That’s where the leak is.
