Overview:
The BitEdit Kefico CPEGD3 / CPEGP3 software module allows editing of calibrations for Kia/Hyundai petrol ECUs, supporting both naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines.

This module provides a comprehensive set of maps for air charge control, boost, exhaust gas corrections, idle speed, knock control, spark advance, target lambda, throttle valve control, torque, VVT, and warm-up functions.

Important Note:
Due to high workload, urgent requests are not available for this module.

Kefico CPEGD3.20.1

Air Charge Control:

  • Pulsation correction for mass air flow

  • Target air charge

Boost Control:

  • Pressure ratio over turbine

  • Turbo compressor efficiency

  • Warmup isobar process for charger

Exhaust Gas Corrections:

  • Ignition angle correction by exhaust gas flow during homogeneous mode

  • Static exhaust gas temperature in manifold

  • Static exhaust gas temperature in shift operation

Function Monitoring:

  • Optimum engine torque

  • Optimum ignition angle

Idle Speed:

  • Desired idle speed

Knock Control:

  • Detonation regulation window start

  • Knock sensitivity factor

Limiters:

  • Engine speed limitation

Rail Pressure:

  • Target rail pressure

Spark Advance:
