  What It Is:

The GT107+ is a gearbox data adapter with a built-in voltage and current display, engineered for use with specific DSG transmission models including:

  • DQ200

  • DQ250

  • DQ500

  • DL501

  • VL300

  • VL381

It acts as a bridge between your ECU/TCU programming tool (such as PCMFlash, Kess, Ktag, or other J2534 devices) and the transmission unit, providing a stable and safe connection during data operations.


  How It Works:


Easy Operation Instructions for GODIAG GT107+ DSG Plus Gearbox Data Adapter

💡 For Use with PCMFlash, PCMTuner, J2534 Pass-Thru Devices:

  1. Connect the GODIAG GT107+ to the gearbox ECU following the gearbox wiring definition.
    Supported models include:

    • VAG: DQ250, DQ200, VL381, VL300, DQ500, DL501

    • Renault: DC0/DC4, Gen2

    • Honda: LUK UDCT

  2. Connect the 12V 2A DC power supply.
    (Ensure the function buttons are popped up before connecting the power supply.)

  3. The analog ignition switch on the GODIAG GT107+ operates in two modes:

    • Automatic Mode: If the ignition switch is not pressed, the adapter displays 0V/0A.

    • Manual Mode: If the ignition switch is pressed, the adapter displays the current working voltage and current of the gearbox ECU.
      (Select the appropriate mode depending on the device requirements for reading/writing data.)

  4. Connect your programming tool, such as PCMFlash, PCMTuner, or any J2534 pass-thru interface.

  5. Proceed with data reading and writing operations.


💡 For Use with KESS V2 (DQ200, DQ250, DQ500):

  1. Connect the GODIAG GT107+ to the gearbox ECU according to the defined wiring.
    Supported gearboxes:

    • VAG: DQ250, DQ200, VL381, VL300, DQ500, DL501

    • Renault: DC0/DC4, Gen2

    • Honda: LUK UDCT

    • Mercedes-Benz and BMW gearbox ECUs

  2. Connect the 12V 2A DC power supply.
    (Ensure the function buttons are popped up before connecting the power.)

  3. The analog ignition switch operates in manual mode during this process.

    • When pressed, the adapter shows real-time voltage and current data from the gearbox ECU.

  4. Connect your OBD2 data reading/writing tool or diagnostic device.

  5. Carry out Gearbox ECU reading, writing, or diagnostic operations.
